'Scholars' come to Moscow and issue 'fatwa' condemning Jihad

So-called "experts" on Islam from Russia and some Arab countries met in Moscow on 25 and 26 May, and issue a so-called "fatwa" condemning the Jihad.

In a luxury Moscow hotel Ritz-Carlton, motley representatives of various pseudo-Islamic sects opened a conference called "Islamic Doctrine Against Radicalism", reports UmmaNews.

It was attended by "scholars, religious and public figures" as well as by duty "Islamic specialists" and so-called "experts", "representatives" from Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Bahrain, Tunisia and other countries.

It was organized by the International Center Al-Wasatiyyah represented by its Russian affiliate Al-Wasatiyyah, or Moderation, and the International Union of Muslim "scholars" headed by Yusuf Qaradawi.

It is to be recalled that some of the leading modern Islamic scholars issued a takfir on Qaradawi due to his numerous fatwas that grossly violate the Sharia Law and go outside of Islam.

In Moscow, the capital of the infidels Russia, which has been waging a fierce war against Islam throughout its history, these individuals and organizations were planning to work out a unified interpretation of the terms "Jihad", "Takfir" and "Caliphate."

The organizers and participants of the conference are convinced that the interpretation of these terms leads to "radicalization" of Muslims in Russia and around the world. So they tried to change the meaning of these words.

"During the two days of hard work, the participants of conference accepted a text of the scheduled theological conclusion, explaining the unlawfulness of Muslim violence against the adepts of other faiths and ideologies ("Fight them until there is no more dissension and until worship is acknowledged to be for Allah" [2:193] - editor's Note), as well as their co-religionists ("Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever of you does that has nothing with Allah" [3:28] - editor's Note), radical interpretations of Islamic law provisions relating to the issues of war and peace, to unlawfulness of... violating the laws of the country of residence ("How can there be a treaty while, if they gain dominance over you, they do not observe concerning you any pact of kinship or covenant of protection? They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse compliance, and most of them are defiantly disobedient" [9:8] - editor's Note) and proclaiming the armed struggle against the state authorities, and so forth", the message of the organizers says.

This scribble is called "Moscow Theological Declaration". As stated, it will be distributed in all the countries inhabited by Muslims - in particular, it will be referred to by puppet imams in their Friday sermons in the mosques. The provisions of the document will be taught in Islamic institutions and will be included into the body of theological and academic literature of innovation followers.

The gathering was attended by a ringleader of Kadyrov's minions, Sultan Mirzayev, who described his feelings to the event as follows:

"In my opinion, the need for such an event is long overdue, although it is too late now ... I want to thank separately the administration of the Russian president, the foundation of the first president of Chechnya Akhmad Kadyrov, and the current republic's head Ramzan Kadyrov for material and moral support ...

Unfortunately, some imams, such as Sheikh Albani, gave false fatwas. As a result, there were killings of innocent people in the Caucasus, contrary to the Sharia, whether they are police officers, civil servants or others. I hope very much that Russia's Muslim youth will listen to the fatwa ... If the radical youth, whether in the Caucasus, or in the Volga region or anywhere else, does not listen to the opinion ... I doubt the correctness of that choice".

After the Moscow gathering, some participants were brought to the occupied Chechnya.

The Chechen capital of Jokhar was visited by the First Deputy Minister of Awkaf and Islamic Affairs of the State of Kuwait Adel Abdullah Al-Falah. He, just coming down from the plane, started immediately to speak of so-called harm coming from "Wahhabism":

"We want to state that the Wahhabis have nothing to do with religion. With their criminal actions, they defile the religion and insult the feelings of Muslims", claimed the Kuwaiti official.

Curiously, he made his statement in the presence of "Wahhabis" from Saudi Arabia: the Secretary General of the Saudi Council for Religious Affairs, Saleh Bin Hussein Al-Aida, and the Secretary General of the Holly Qur'an Memorization International Organization, Abdullah Bin Ali Basfar.

From the airport, the fighters against "Wahhabism" went to Khosi-Yurt to the grave of the ringleader of Chechen apostates Kadyrov the Elder who was eliminated a few years ago. His grave is also regularly and ritually attended by Putin & Co. who place wreaths on the tomb of the apostate, according to infidels' customs.
